Four awe-inspiring pre-historic species make Jurassic World Evolution 2’s first DLC a must-have
Jurassic World Evolution 2 has players enthralled with its engaging modes, stunning visuals, and remarkable dinosaurs. And there are even more spectacular prehistoric species to discover courtesy of the game’s first ever paid DLC.
Early Cretaceous Pack features four incredible species set take your parks by storm. These walking, flying, and marine animals feel more alive than ever as they preside over territory, and display brand new behaviours when interacting with each other, fighting for dominance and reacting intelligently to the world around them.
Taken from the Cretaceous period, an era in Earth’s history giving rise to some of the most incredible species to have ever existed, the pack’s four animals will captivate guests and enhance your parks. First, the Kronosaurus. Named after the King of the Titans, Kronos, for being one of the largest pliosaurs on record, this carnivorous species of marine reptile has powerful, paddle-like flippers to help capture prey.
Next, Dsungaripterus, a small and stout pterosaur easily identified by its comparatively huge head which features long, upcurved jaws and a distinctive head crest. Archaeologists speculate this crest might have served as a rudder when flying.
Minmi, meanwhile, is a small, but armoured dinosaur belonging to the ankylosaur family. Unlike other ankylosaurians, it has horizontally oriented bone plates running along the sides of its back, making the Minmi well-protected against predators.
And lastly, Wuerhosaurus, which is part of the stegosaurid family. Similar to that family’s most famous member, Stegosaurus, the Wuerhosaurus uses brutal tail spikes as a defence against any potential predators, but its squatter stance sees it sit much lower to the ground in order to feed on vegetation and undergrowth.
Together, these four prehistoric species will make the perfect additions to any Jurassic World. Buy Early Cretaceous Pack now and introduce these awe-inspiring dinosaurs into your park today. Early Cretaceous Pack is out now on PC, PS5, Xbox Series S|X, PS4, Xbox One, and Nvidia Geforce Now.
